Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and resultsdriven Wealth Manager to join Koins Bank. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in senior deposit mobilization roles and a proven track record in handling High NetWorth Individuals (HNI) clients. The Wealth Manager will be responsible for generating new business opportunities managing client relationships and achieving deposit mobilization targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive deposit mobilization efforts with a monthly target of a minimum of 500 million.
  • Develop and implement strategies to generate business leads and secure new opportunities particularly in the High NetWorth (HNI) segment.
  • Build and maintain longterm relationships with HNI clients offering tailored financial solutions to meet their needs.
  • Manage clientrelated issues effectively providing timely and appropriate solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Utilize indepth market knowledge to offer informed advice and promote Koins Bank s wealth management products.
  • Present comprehensive product information to clients ensuring a sophisticated and professional level of communication.
  • Demonstrate exceptional strategic thinking and planning abilities to meet business objectives.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensure adherence to all regulatory and compliance standards while managing client portfolios.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Achieving a minimum monthly deposit mobilization target of 500 million.
  • Building a pipeline of quality business leads and consistently generating new business opportunities.
  • Maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and retention particularly among HNI clients.
  • Demonstrating innovative thinking by implementing new ideas to drive business growth.
  • Achieving a high rate of client issue resolution and satisfaction.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a senior deposit mobilization role with a focus on HNI clients.
  • Proven and verifiable track record of performance in wealth management or deposit mobilization.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Excellent relationship and people management skills with the ability to handle complex client issues.
  • Good analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Knowledge of financial products and market trends.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Finance Business Administration or a related field.
  • Certifications in Wealth Management or relevant financial services (e.g. CFA CISI) are an added advantage.
