Job Description
ISS International SpA islooking for a Project Contract Administrator to be based in Paris.
The work will be carried out under a consultant agreement with our company.
The role requires ensuring in collaboration with the project team the development and application of best practices/procedures related to contract administration as well as supporting all activities necessary for the proper execution of contracts and minimizing related risks.
Additionally it involves managing the relevant flow of data and documents and issuing appropriate reports.
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of written and spoken English
- Knowledge of typical contracts related to largescale projects and infrastructures
- Knowledge of best practices and relevant international standards
- Basic knowledge of legal aspects for contract management
- Knowledge of contract administration techniques and tools
- Knowledge of data and document management tools
- Knowledge of Office software (Excel Word Access)

- Working hours: 8 hours per day / 5 days a week.
