Job Description
ISS International SpAis looking for aProject Planning and Controller to be based in Paris.
The work will be carried out under a consultant agreement with our company .
Job Description:
- Specialist support for monitoring and controlling physical progress schedules and incurred costs compared to the plan including estimates to complete highlighting any deviations from the plan and monitoring the implementation of corrective actions.
- Collaborate to identify based on analysis the critical factors related to the project in terms of time costs services materials and resources.
- Specialist support for consolidating contractors detailed schedules into the overall project plan.
- Support in the preparation and implementation of coordination procedures for project monitoring and control.
- Support the projects budgeting and forecasting processes and preparation of periodic reports on project status (monthly report executive summary etc.).
- Analysis of the variables subject to progress monitoring: quantities productivity manhours documents POs Systems and Subsystems etc. Perform more specific analyses on the Sanity of the Schedule and provide analyses on the critical path and subcritical paths.
- Support in the preparation and implementation of quantitative risk analyses (Monte Carlo) in the development of simplified Schedule models providing input on the evaluation of impacts on time and cost uncertainties as applicable.
- Support in managing contractors and third parties within the area of competence ensuring compliance with contractual requirements project procedures and company policies and evaluating contractors proposals in terms of time cost and project progress.
Its required knowledge of Primavera P6.
