Market Pay is looking for his IT and Dev Ops Team Manager to support its growth manage a team ofDevOps across Europe and and manage all aspects of workstations

Responsibilities

As an expert you will drive the technical growth of our cloud environments. The team is involved boththe design administration and optimization of all our cloud platforms and in the technicalimplementation of environments for hosting Market Pays solutions and assets.
Beyond your technology skills your role will be to bring a real leadership to manage the Dev Opsexpert team staffed in various places in Europe to delivers these missions.

Your role will be toaccompany the team support them in task prioritization ensure the delay and budget are respected.

The variety of demands requires a good sense of business in order to design pragmatic scalable andoptimized solutions. You will work closely with the Development teams to ensure smooth integration ofnew features.

Youll set and manage the budget of the Cloud scope Capex and Opex and will monitor closely itsusage in order to keep cost under control (Fin Ops) and constantly propose optimization (both fromdevelopment optimization cloud usage tool usage)

A good knowledge of GCP components is required: in particular Networking Big Data Storage &Database Identity & Security services. You will be an excellent technical reference for supportingusers in using the GCP platform and its managed services as well as the available application bricks.

Being in charge of the companys workstation environment The IT and Dev Ops Team Manager willalso play a pivotal role in maintaining and improving the companys technical infrastructure.

This rolecombines expertise in DevOps practices with handson management of the companys workstationenvironment primarily based on Google Suite. You will collaborate closely with our developmentoperations and IT support teams to ensure seamless functionality across all systems.

Training and background
With a Masters degree in computer science or engineering (Bac 5) youve held similar positions and enjoy keeping up to date on Cloud and Devops topics.

  Mastery of infrastructureascode tools (terraform ansible github jenkins etc.)
  Knowledge of CI / CD oriented development chains DevOps

  Optimization of platform usage costs according to the companys financial stakes
  Support for internal and external development teams on processes and tools
  Creation and maintenance of operating documentation
