Were looking for a People Partner to work closely with our game development operations teams and senior managementaround 70 talented individuals in total.
In this role youll blend HR administration with employee engagement making a real impact on the companys growth and success.
What Youll Do:
- Shape the Employee Experience: Youll manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding. Youll handle probation reviews performance assessments goalsetting and engagement ensuring a smooth journey for every team member.
- Partner with Leadership: Youll be a trusted strategic advisor to managers helping them align team goals with the companys broader objectives. Your insights will help shape the future of our business.
- Innovate and Improve: This role offers the freedom to think creatively! Youll have the chance to propose and implement HR process improvements optimising how we do things for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
- Foster a Positive Culture: Work alongside our leadership to cultivate a strong collaborative growthfocused work environment that values our people.
What Were Looking For:
- HR Expertise: Youre experienced in managing HR processes in dynamic environments ideally within IT product companies. If you have experience in the gambling industry thats a bonus but not a must!
- BusinessSavvy: You understand the bigger picture and can align HR practices with business needs supporting our growth with smart strategic initiatives.
- Adaptability & ProblemSolving: You thrive in fastpaced environments are quick on your feet and take initiative to address any HR challenges that arise.
- Strong Communication Skills: Youre confident in your ability to communicate clearly and effectively both in English and Ukrainian and build strong working relationships with team members at all levels.
- Independence: We value autonomy here and youll have plenty of it. Youre comfortable working independently driving HR initiatives and making decisions without micromanagement.
