Job Description
- ist with the implementation and administration of HR policies procedures and programs
- Maintain accurate employee records both electronic and physical ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations
- Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding processes including conducting new employee orientation and exit interviews
- Prepare employment contracts offer letters and other HRrelated doents
- Support the recruitment process by posting job advertisements screening resumes and scheduling interviews
- Maintain and update HR databases and employee files ensuring data integrity
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies procedures and benefits
- ist in organizing employee training and development programs
- Support employee engagement initiatives and ist in the coordination of company events and activities
- Stay uptodate with changes in employment legislation and HR best practices
- Cover additional work from the PMO Team including recruitment project work and other administrative duties as and when required.
