Were rapidly growing and inviting a highly motivated and peopleoriented Senior HR Manager to join our team in our Warsaw office.
You would be running such tasks as:
- Owning the entire employee lifecycle (onboarding engagement & retention offboarding);
- Posting important updates about policies and company news for the team in communication platforms;
- Employees career development (performance reviews building a talent pool of internal employees);
- Monitoring of employees moods and satisfaction through 1:1 meetings and surveys;
- Conflict resolution and prevention;
- Managing employee benefits (medical insurance benefits cafeteria training compensation);
- Owning a process of development and implementation of HR policies and procedures;
- Handling HRM system.
Required skills and expertise:
- 5 years of experience in HR Manager/HR Generalist/Business Partner role;
- Proven experience with all main stages of the employee lifecycle;
- Experience in FinTech/IT environment with an understanding of the unique dynamics and challenges of the industry;
- Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Highlevel selfresponsibility empathy and emotional intelligence;
- Flexibility and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment;
- Ability to take ownership;
- Solid conflict resolution and problemsolving skills.
