Job Description

*This is a fully remote role. Playnetic has always been a remote company and this will always be the case*


This role is handson close to the businesss everyday activities and needs you to be a roll your sleeves up and get stuck in kind of person. Youll also need a very strategic mindset that can reverse engineer business requirements and targets into a sound people strategy that directly impacts the companys success.

Youll take charge of all HR functions focusing on aligning our HR practices with our company vision and values. From onboarding to offboarding performance management to learning and development youll build a worldclass culture that ensures every team member thrives.

Youll need to be deeply familiar with the iGaming industrys unique challenges and opportunities positioning yourself as a vital partner to senior leadership.


Your Key Responsibilities:


  • Strategic Leadership: You will develop and implement forwardthinking HR strategies that align with business goals. As a trusted advisor to our senior management team youll provide guidance on everything from organizational development to scaling across international borders.

  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Partnering closely with Talent Acquisition youll create an onboarding experience that excites new hires and ensures a smooth transition. Youll also drive improvements in our offboarding processes to gain insights and improve employee retention.

  • Performance Management: You will lead the design of performance evaluation systems that push the boundaries of high performance. Youll foster a culture of continuous improvement by ensuring regular feedback and coaching.

  • Compensation and Benefits: Help us attract and retain top talent by crafting competitive and forwardthinking compensation and benefits packages with an eye on industry trends.

  • Learning and Development: Youll shape a learning culture by developing innovative training programs that promote both personal and professional growth. Youll identify skill gaps and use a datadriven approach to close them.

  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensuring compliance with international labor laws and industry regulations will be a key part of your role. Youll lead efforts to create a workplace that champions diversity equity and inclusion.

  • Culture and Employee Engagement: Youll drive initiatives that foster creativity collaboration and a sense of belonging. From employee engagement surveys to realtime feedback youll shape a work environment where our global workforce is empowered to succeed.

  • HR Operations & Metrics: Youll oversee daytoday HR operations and use data analytics to drive insights that impact decisionmaking. From payroll to employee relations youll ensure HRs contributions are impactful and efficient.

What Were Looking For:


  • Education & Experience: You hold a Bachelors degree (Masters preferred) in HR Business Administration or a related field with at least 7 years of progressive HR experience. Youve led at least 2 successful scaleups and have experience managing teams of 4 HR professionals. Your track record shows deep experience in the iGaming tech or digital sectors.

  • Leadership & Influence: You have experience managing HR through complex global matrix organizations navigating multiple stakeholders with ease. Youre handson when needed and equally comfortable partnering with departments like Finance Legal and Sales to craft HR strategies that drive the business forward.

  • Industry Knowledge: A strong understanding of the iGaming industry is essential along with deep familiarity with employment laws compliance and best practices in a global setting. You have the scar tissue to prove your leadership in fastgrowing organizations.

  • DataDriven Decision Making: Youre proficient with HRIS systems and can translate data into insights that influence strategy. Your analytical mindset allows you to track HR metrics spot trends and recommend solutions.

  • People Focused: Youre not just a strategic thinkeryou care deeply about the employee experience. Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills help you build trust across all levels of the business.
