I m the direct recruiter for a Director of Operations with a leading specialized/expeditionary operational services provider to military/governments across 4 continents!

HIGHLIGHTS
Bus Dev contributor driving operational execution identifying & driving bid/proposal/contract award/postaward delivery processes & engagement oversight
Assess/manage business risks within operations: proposals projects staffing
Develop annual operating plan supporting longterm Poland operations strategy
Assist Portfolios Manager overseeing achievement/maintenance of competitive position in Polish market
Report on operations towards achievement of goals/material deviations/established policies ensuring communications resolution of issues & project development
Foster corporate culture promoting ethical practices customer focus/service & encouraging individual integrity
Maintain work climate conducive to attract/retain/motivate diverse group of quality staff
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor s (Masters preferred) or equivalent skill/knowledge & 10 years of progressive industryrelated experience with 3 years in upper management PLUS:
Extensive knowledge of Polish military installations operational principles procedures best practices
Effective communication/strategic decisionmaking
Strong supervisory/leadership
