Job Description
Job Title: Infrastructure Engineer (US Citizen Only)
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Design implement and maintain scalable infrastructure systems including servers networks and storage solutions.
- Monitor and optimize system performance ensuring high availability and reliability.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to support application deployment and infrastructure integration.
- Implement security best practices to protect infrastructure and data.
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructurerelated issues in a timely manner.
- Document infrastructure processes configurations and best practices.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
- Proven experience in infrastructure engineering or systems administration.
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts protocols and technologies (e.g. TCP/IP DNS firewalls).
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP) and virtualization technologies (VMware HyperV).
- Experience with scripting and automation tools (e.g. PowerShell Python Ansible).
- Experience in monitoring and management tools (e.g. Nagios Zabbix Grafana).
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g. AWS Certified Solutions Architect Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator).
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of disaster recovery and backup solutions.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
