Job Title: Formulation and Development Executive/Sr. Executive

Job Summary:
The F&D Executive/Sr. Executive will be responsible for developing and optimizing pharmaceutical formulations conducting stability studies and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceutical sciences excellent problemsolving skills and a collaborative approach to research and development.

Requirements
Formulation Development:
Formulation development for all dosage formulation Tablet / capsule/ ointment cream Gel / Oral liquid /Injectable / NDDS for regulated market domestic market ROW market First file etc documents review planning stability study of R&D batches
Collaboration:
Work closely with crossfunctional teams including Quality Assurance Manufacturing and Regulatory Affairs.
Participate in project meetings and contribute to strategic planning.
Technical Support:
Provide technical support for scaleup and technology transfer to manufacturing.
Troubleshoot formulationrelated issues during production.
Qualifications: Master s degree in Pharmacy.
