This is a remote position.
Position Summary:
The Technical Account Manager is responsible for working with clients to resolve written technical questions related to the use of Premier Construction ERP. Through your advanced accounting knowledge and superior technical support you will build strong relationships with customers which will drive further adoption of features and increase client satisfaction. You will also analyse customer support data and feedback summaries to management.
Collaborate with our customer onboarding/ implementation team to ensure a seamless transition from the implementation to the customer support function.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Premiers features capabilities and limitations to support customer needs effectively. (Training provided)
Keep your knowledge up to date with new feature releases
Provide exceptional customer service answering questions via Zendesk resolving issues and addressing concerns in a timely and effective manner.
Develop and publish support articles and tutorial videos via Zendesk to address commonly asked questions
Own the review and response of client helpdesk/support requests via Zendesk. Investigate more complex queries and coordinate resolution with the broader support team in Australia and Canada or elsewhere.
Participate in the product development cycle by understanding product deficiencies or opportunities for improvement proposing new features including mockup designs of the proposed features.
Reporting of software defects to the development team and follow through to resolution including client notification of defect rectification
Develop and implement customer success metrics to track and report on the effectiveness of our customer support initiatives.
Analyse customer data and feedback to identify trends and insights that can inform underutilised areas of the software or potential attrition.
Actively contribute to our companys culture of continuous improvement innovation and customercentricity.
The role s minimum skills include:
We are looking for a very strong technical accountant;
Ideally they will have experience supporting other accounting systems;
Potential systems they may have supported:
Accumatica/MYOB Advanced
Sage 300/Timberline
NetSuite
Oracle or SAP
Xero/MYOB/Quickbooks (less preferred as very simple)
Job Costing Platforms such as:
Procore
SimPro
WorkBench
Experience working with a tech company in a similar support or consulting capacity (maybe Accumatica/MYOB Advanced or Netsuite would be ideal).
