Job Description:
1. Member Assistance & Front Desk Operations:
Greet and assist members as they enter the coworking space.
Answer inquiries about the coworking space services offered and membership packages.
Handle checkins/checkouts of members ensuring smooth and professional service.
2. Customer Service & Experience:
Ensure that all members have a pleasant and professional experience during their time in the coworking space.
Monitor the common areas to ensure cleanliness comfort and a conducive work environment.
Assist members with any specific requirements such as meeting room bookings additional services and technical support.
3. Administrative Support:
Assist in the management of membership records billing and payment collections.
Help coordinate event schedules meeting room bookings and other member requests.
Maintain daily logs and update necessary records on the system.
4. Facility Management:
Ensure the coworking space is always tidy wellorganized and fully stocked with necessary supplies (stationery refreshments etc.).
Report any maintenance issues or concerns to the relevant team.
Assist in arranging catering and other services for meetings or events.
5. Member Relations:
Build strong relationships with members and ensure their needs are met in a timely manner.
Collect feedback from members regarding their experience and share insights with the team for continuous improvement.
6. Event Assistance:
Support the team in organizing and executing communitybuilding events workshops and other activities.
Ensure that events run smoothly and that members have all necessary resources during events.
Requirements
Eligibility Criteria:
Education:
Minimum 102 (Higher Secondary) or above.
Graduates are preferred.
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in coworking spaces hotels or other hospitality sectors.
Skills:
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi;proficiency in regional languages (preferably from NorthEast India) is a plus.
Strong customer service orientation and professional attitude.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
Knowledge of office management tools and basic proficiency in MS Office.
A positive attitude and proactive approach to customer satisfaction.
