You will:
- Ensure efficient friendly and professional food & beverage service is provided to all guests.
- Familiarise yourself with VIP and regular guests to ensure their requests and needs are met.
- Recruit manage train develop and inspire the breakfast service team.
- Evaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Take every opportunity to be a salesperson by the active selling of special promotions and facilities available within the Hotel.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and marketing team to innovate and elevate our service offering.
