Job Description
Salary: $ 170000.00
We have partnered with an environmental services company in the Adams NE area to provide them with a Plant Manager. Please review the below description and let us know if you are interested.
Prioritized Must Have Skills for the Plant Manager:
#1. Ten years of experience in a supervisory/leadership role.
#2. Ten years of operations experience in a largescale industrial continuous process manufacturing environment.
#3. Experience with processing equipment such as evaporators heat exchangers centrifuges drying equipment boilers cooling towers chiller air compressors pumps valves electrical circuits and instrumentation preferred.
#4. Bachelors degree in field applicable to job.
#5. Bachelor of Science degree or higher (from an accredited school) in the Engineering field OR in lieu of Engineering degree 10 years of applicable Plant Manager experience may be considered.
#6. Ability to quickly understand and effectively problemsolve within a largescale industrial continuous processing manufacturing environment.
Requirements for the Plant Manager:
- Bachelor of Science degree or higher (from an accredited school) in the Engineering field OR in lieu of Engineering degree 10 years of applicable Plant Manager experience may be considered.
- 10 years of operations experience in a largescale industrial continuous process manufacturing environment.
- Experience with processing equipment such as evaporators heat exchangers centrifuges drying equipment boilers cooling towers chiller air compressors pumps valves electrical circuits and instrumentation preferred.
- 10 years of experience in a supervisory/leadership role.
- Able to read write and comprehend the English language.
- Strong continuous improvement mentality.
- Knowledge of maintenance and reliability principles.
- Proven track record of managing production processes.
- Effective budget management experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Detailoriented with strong critical thinking and organizational skills.
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Effective delegator.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- General knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations for construction and manufacturing.
