Position Information Type: Fulltime Role Senior Specialist Program & Project Management Location Irvine CA (Onsite)
Job Description
- Program Manager with experience of running implementing and reporting across large scale multiple projects simultaneously running in parallel (Scrum Masters running one project will not fit this role)
- Managing Senior level client stakeholders (CIO CIO 1 Director and the likes) on a Daily basis.
- Reporting on a daily basis to CIO CIO1 Director level client stakeholders after obtaining project level updates from individual Scrum Masters/ PMs
- Ability to own and create overarching Program Plan with multiple inflight Projects
- Must have strong technology background preferably in Java technologies
- Well versed with Program and Project Management activities (Seasoned Program Manager)
- Strong Stakeholder management and communication
Skills are a MUST
- Experience of complete project life cycle implementation experience across Analysis design development and production rollout
- Experience of managing Agile/ Scrum based project delivery is a must
- Experience and knowledge of Capital Markets will be a Plus
- Java technologies PLCI Agile/Scrum
- Retirement Domain Capital Markets
