Description:
We are seeking a customerfocused Social Engagement Specialist to join our team remotely. In this role you will be responsible for engaging with customers across social media platforms addressing inquiries resolving issues and representing the brand. You will be the voice of the company ensuring toptier experiences for customers while aligning with the brands tone and social media best practices. This position requires strong communication skills a passion for sports and expertise in the companys products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers across social media platforms (e.g. Twitter Facebook) to address inquiries and resolve issues.
- Act as a subject matter expert for all products including sports betting casino fantasy sports and racing.
- Provide customer support for fraud payments and technical issues using creative problemsolving skills.
- Represent the brand on social media following style guidelines to ensure brand consistency.
- Report customer feedback and insights to improve products marketing and operations.
- Work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
Requirements
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of professional experience in customer service or sales.
- Minimum of 6 months experience supporting online sports gaming or casino products.
- Strong written communication and social media engagement skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their functionality.
- Experience with CRM software (Salesforce Zendesk) and payment processors (e.g. PayPal) preferred.
- Must meet state regulatory licensing requirements.
