Job Description
McLaren Port Huron is looking for a Neurologist to take call 24/7 from 11/2512/1.
JOB DETAILS:
Reason for Locum Coverage: Call supportPatients per day: 15
Staff Support: Inpatient only
Current EHR in use: Meditech
Please note:
Car fuel mileage hotel is a BR50 cap (including taxes)rental must be refueled before being returned
McLaren does NOT reimburse Med Staff Fees
No lodging booked through 3rd party websites ie expedia kayak etc
McLaren is tax exempt and will not reimburse taxes on lodging
Malpractice rates MUST be included in the rate
Orientation rate is 1/2 the hourly rate
Site uses reverse billing provider must clock in/out using Kronos no timesheets will be approved
Requirement description : ALL MUST BE NOTATED AT THE TIME OF NAME CLEAR
- Rates MUST be submitted at time of name clear will not be sent over without Required no exceptions
- Specific availability must be listed
- BC Required
- BLS Required
- Clean Background Required for quick privileging
- MI License in hand Required at time of clear not accepting IMLC
- COVID Vaccine
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
- Board Certified
STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
- Michigan
ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
