Job Title: HR Generalist
Experience Required: 12 years
Role Overview The HR Generalist will be pivotal in setting up and managing our foundational HR functions. You will be responsible for recruitment contract management employee engagement and ensuring compliance as we scale. This role is ideal for someone eager to contribute to the growth of a startup and create lasting impact by building processes from scratch.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment efforts by working with department heads to identify hiring needs conducting interviews and onboarding new employees.
Contract Management: Draft review and manage employment contracts vendor agreements and other HRrelated documentation to ensure clarity and compliance.
Employee Relations & Engagement: Foster a positive work environment by being the goto person for employee concerns planning engagement activities and managing feedback loops.
Performance Management: Assist in setting up performance review systems and offering support to managers in conducting evaluations.
Payroll & Benefits Administration: Manage payroll processes and ensure employees receive the correct benefits.
GrowthSupport: Collaborate with leadership to develop strategies for retention career growth and scaling the team. Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
12years of experience in an HR role preferably in a startup or fastpaced environment.
Ability to work independently adapt quickly and thrive in a rapidly changing environment.
Solid understanding of HR functions including recruitment contract management and employee engagement.
Proficiency with HR software and tools is a plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive matters professionally
