The Analyst will play a key role in providing analytical support and ensuring the efficient delivery of internal and external consulting engagements. This position will involve a combination of data analysis case study development project resourcing and process documentation. The ideal candidate will be detailoriented organized and skilled in using data to generate insights and support business decisionmaking.

- Data Analytics: Produce detailed analytics based on internal TUNDRA data focusing on key productivity and efficiency metrics to support datadriven decisionmaking.
- Case Study Development: Collaborate with engagement managers postengagement to gather key insights document findings and develop comprehensive case studies that showcase the outcomes and learnings of consulting projects.
- Template Creation & Maintenance: Design and maintain templates for internal and external use ensuring consistency and efficiency in the preparation of reports presentations and documentation.
- Presentation & Document Preparation: Create and update PowerPoint presentations and pitch decks for client meetings business development and internal use. Assist in updating employee profiles and producing detailed scopes of work for various projects
- Job Description Drafting: Support the HR team by drafting clear concise and wellstructured job descriptions for new roles within the organization.
- Project Resourcing & Scheduling: Assist in resource planning and project scheduling to ensure optimal utilization of team members across multiple engagements.
- Process Documentation: Document internal TUNDRA processes ensuring they are standardized easily accessible and uptodate for team use and future reference.
Requirements
- 5 Years of Relevant Experience
- Advanced MS Office Proficiency: Very high proficiency in the full suite of Microsoft Office applications (Excel PowerPoint Word Outlook) with the ability to create advanced data analyses professional presentations and comprehensive reports
- Proficiency in Canva: Experience using Canva or similar design tools to create visually appealing presentations marketing materials and other graphics for business or clientfacing purposes.
- Strong General Business Skills: A solid understanding of business operations including strategy project management and general business principles. Ability to quickly adapt to different business environments and needs.
- Consulting Experience (Highly Regarded): Prior experience in a consulting role is highly valued with a proven ability to analyze complex business challenges and provide solutions.
- Exceptional English Proficiency: A very high level of written and verbal English communication skills capable of drafting clear concise and professional documents and presentations.
- Finance and Analytics Expertise: Strong background in finance data analysis and analytics with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights that support
