Job Description
Job Summary:
- Salary: $3000 $3200
- 5 days; 8am 5pm
- Location: Gul Way
- VB Medical Insurance
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensuring operators accurately record quality data in Quality Test Reports (QTR)
- Conducting random inspections (receiving inprocess and final) and updating records
- Preparing Certificates of Analysis (COA) for customer deliveries
- Implementing 5S and food safety requirements on the production floor
- Conducting various tests (Drop Test Hydraulic Pressure Test Leak Proof Test etc.) for IBC products
- Preparing design and test reports and managing product samples for HQ
- Following and enforcing Safety Health Environment & Quality (SHEQ) procedures
- Assisting with ISO 9001 FSSC 22000 and customer audit requirements
- Training new employees on safety and quality standards
- Min Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent in Engineering
- Possess 34 years of experience in QA and QC in Plastic packaging
