Job Description
Job Title: Business Systems Engineer (Salesforce) ONSITE San Francisco
About the Role:
Were seeking a skilled Business Systems Engineer to build and optimize our GTM strategies within Salesforce and HubSpot. Youll design develop and manage sales and marketing pipelines integrating data sources into our CRM systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement GTM strategies in Salesforce
Finalize CRM transition and maintain bilateral sync processes
Connect production data to analytics for actionable insights and automation
Manage clean data systems and develop comprehensive reporting
Stay current with cuttingedge growth technologies
Requirements:
5 years experience as a Salesforce Developer or highly technical Salesforce Admin
Salesforce Certified Administrator and Platform Developer preferred
Strong SQL skills and experience integrating CRM with enterprise tools
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
Experience scaling systems from 0 to 100000 customers
Adaptability to fastpaced highgrowth environments
Tech Stack:
Salesforce CRM Apex Visualforce Lightning Components MuleSoft Zapier SQL BI tools (Tableau Power BI) ETL/rETL
Ideal Candidate:
You have a proven track record in optimizing business processes possibly with experience as a Salesforce Consultant. Youre proactive entrepreneurial and comfortable with rapid development cycles.
Compensation:
Salary: $90k $180k (based on experience)
