We are currently seeking an energetic NorwegianSpeaking Junior Sales Representative to join our team in Barcelona. This hybrid role offers you the chance to work both from home (3 days a week) and in our modern office (2 days a week) in the heart of Barcelona. In this role youll be focused on promoting Google products to Norwegianspeaking clients helping them find the best solutions for their business needs. Whether youre new to sales or have some previous experience we offer full training and support to help you succeed and grow in your career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to potential customers in the Norwegianspeaking market to introduce and promote Google products.
- Assess customer needs and suggest tailored solutions that will help them improve their business through Googles products and services.
- Support senior team members in driving the sales process from identifying prospects to closing deals.
- Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients showcasing the value of Googles tools.
- Build strong lasting relationships with prospects and clients to ensure a positive sales experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams like marketing and technical support to provide excellent service to customers.
- Keep track of sales activities and customer data in CRM systems for smooth followups and pipeline management.
- Stay informed about new Google products features and market developments to offer clients the most uptodate information.

What Were Looking For:
- Native or fluent Norwegian speaker with strong communication skills.
- Basic proficiency in English for internal communication and training.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required as full training will be provided.
- Passion for technology and a willingness to learn about Google products and how they can drive business success.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Motivated and goaldriven with a proactive attitude toward problemsolving.
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (such as Salesforce) is an advantage but not essential.
