DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets while maximizing sales opportunities on every call.
- Use scripts and/or probing techniques to assess customer needs and recommend the most suitable product or service.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of products pricing promotions and internal procedures.
- Ensure that service delivery aligns with contractual sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Greet customers courteously professionally and in accordance with established procedures.
- Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed account records as required.
- Participate in initiatives aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and improving sales performance.
- Address billing inquiries by explaining the details of customer accounts.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Solid Sales Background
- Fluent English at native levelwith strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication
- Strong communication skills
- Strong focus on achieving goals and driving results
- Proficient in computer skills and technology use
