Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Scrum/Agile methodologies to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with supply chain stakeholders IT teams and product owners to streamline operations improve processes and drive efficiency through the adoption of Agile principles within the supply chain domain.
Collaborate with stakeholders across procurement logistics inventory and distribution to elicit analyze and document business requirements.
Translate business needs into functional requirements ensuring alignment with supply chain objectives and technical feasibility.
Provide expertise in SCM processes including demand forecasting inventory control procurement order fulfillment and logistics management.
Work with crossfunctional teams to assess current supply chain workflows propose improvements and implement SCM system enhancements.
Act as a Scrum Master or Scrum team member facilitating Agile ceremonies including sprint planning daily standups sprint reviews and retrospectives.
Advocate for Agile best practices in supply chain projects ensuring consistent delivery of highvalue features within time and budget constraints
Analyze and interpret supply chain data to provide insights into operational performance forecast trends and support decisionmaking.
Utilize tools like Power BI Tableau Excel or SQL to generate dashboards KPIs and reports that track key supply chain metrics such as inventory levels lead times and vendor performance.
Lead or support Agile supply chain projects ensuring that user stories and tasks are appropriately scoped and completed within the sprint cycle.
Continuously review and optimize supply chain processes recommending and implementing solutions that drive operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Promote the use of Agile methodologies in the supply chain domain to foster a culture of collaboration flexibility and continuous improvement.
Proven experience in Agile methodologies and acting as a Scrum Master or part of an Agile development team.
Solid understanding of supply chain processes (procurement inventory management logistics order fulfillment).
Experience with SCM systems like SAP Oracle SCM or Microsoft Dynamics.
Familiarity with Agile tools like JIRA Rally or Azure DevOps for project tracking and management.
Proficiency in data analytics and reporting tools such as Power BI Tableau Excel and SQL.
