Role Description
This is a fulltime onsite role for an Experienced Personal Injury Attorney The attorney will be responsible for handling personal injury cases conducting legal research providing legal advice negotiating settlements and representing clients in court. The role involves working closely with clients to ensure their legal needs are met effectively. This firm has a great culture with wonderful colleagues mentors and room to grow.
Qualifications
- Experience with personal injury matters from inception through trial
- Skills in Legal Advice and Negotiation
- Experience in conducting thorough legal Research
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania. (NJ not required but beneficial)
