About the Role
The firm is seeking a dedicated and professional Personal Injury Paralegal with a minimum of two years of recent experience in plaintiff personal injury litigation. This role is ideal for a candidate who thrives in a fastpaced environment works well with a diverse team and is passionate about supporting clients during challenging times.
Responsibilities
As a Personal Injury Paralegal you will be responsible for:
- Managing personal injury cases from inception through trial.
- Drafting legal documents including summonses complaints bills of particulars discovery documents notes of issue motions and subpoenas.
- Providing support to one or more assigned attorneys.
- Assisting in all aspects of case preparation filing and trial proceedings.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of experience in plaintiff personal injury litigation.
- Proven ability to handle cases independently and efficiently.
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
- Reliable transportation to the office (not accessible by public transit).
- Availability to work 8:30 am 5:30 pm with a hybrid schedule option after the initial period of accommodation.
