Due to the rapid growth of demand from Asiabased families we are looking for an experienced marketing manager who will help us expand our impact to more students.
Working closely with the CGA global admissions team this role will be focused on achieving agreed upon sales targets and outcomes in Asia.
This is a fulltime remote position based in Singapore Hong Kong or China.
What success looks like for this role
The role will be responsible for the growth of CGA enrollments and reenrollments in Asia driving local awareness inquiries enrolments and retention among our families across the region. This role will be fastpaced with a breadth of daytoday activities and endless development opportunities with access to global resources.
Support the development of CGA Asias growth strategy with ownership of a marketing budget
Lead endtoend planning execution and optimisation of local marketing digital and growth campaigns
Own the CGA Asia targets and funnel; monitor the pipeline of prospective families and report on this with an analysis of marketing touchpoints and campaign performance
Partner with our sales team to proactively ensure prospective families are nurtured through to enrolment
Design and create marketing campaigns with the Design team to create positive customer experiences and increase enrolment
Partner with the global marketing team to tailor events PR content landing pages social posts FB Adwords emails & more to promote local events and initiatives
Strategise and maintain an events calendar of inperson and online seminars webinars and panel events to grow enrolment interest
Lead partnerships and business development opportunities
Grow reenrolments through a communitycentric calendar of events and campaigns that you lead in partnership with CGAs global community team and school faculty
Share best practices with global marketing and sales colleagues while adapting new ideas for the wider Asia region
What skills and experience are required
5 years of experience in marketing to Mandarinspeaking countries
Native Mandarin and fluent English verbal and written communication skills
Experience in the education technology or schooling industry is a plus
Adaptability and growth mindset to arising opportunities and new initiatives
Comfort working in an international technology company with colleagues from all over the world
