Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our consumer products client. This role is pivotal in shaping and driving our marketing efforts across online and offline channels. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for demand creation sales analysis campaign management and team leadership to ensure the growth and reach of our brand. This individual will also play a key role in developing effective RoutetoMarket (RTM) strategies understanding market trends and fostering strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Brand Ambassadors. Experience in managing skincare or personal care products is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze marketing demand creation activities identifying opportunities to drive brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Evaluate both offline and online sales performance to develop insights that inform marketing strategies.
- Lead and manage marketing and sales teams across both online and offline channels ensuring alignment and efficiency.
- Develop and implement a structured RoutetoMarket (RTM) framework that supports product reach and customer accessibility.
- Assess campaign performance and investigate any causes for underperformance utilizing data to adjust strategies and improve results.
- Ideate and develop innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences fostering brand growth.
- Oversee people management within the marketing team providing guidance and support to drive performance and professional development.
- Inspire and drive the marketing team to achieve set objectives and exceed growth targets.
- Conduct indepth analysis of online marketing efforts using insights to optimize digital strategies.
- Select and evaluate the effectiveness of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Brand Ambassadors to ensure alignment with brand values and marketing goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in marketing demand analysis and demand creation activities.
- Strong analytical skills in assessing offline and online sales performance.
- Demonstrated ability to lead marketing and sales teams with a focus on collaboration and achieving results.
- Knowledge of RoutetoMarket (RTM) strategies and frameworks for effective market penetration.
- Ability to identify root causes of campaign challenges and implement corrective actions.
- Creative mindset with a talent for ideating and executing impactful marketing campaigns.
- Strong people management and interpersonal skills with experience in motivating and developing a team.
- Proficient in online marketing analysis with a strategic approach to digital platforms.
- Experience working with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Brand Ambassadors including performance evaluation.
- Must have prior experience in handling skincare or personal care products.
