Position Summary:
A Regional Corporate Sales Head is responsible for managing business related activities conducted in the particular zones which are allotted to him and are answerable to the higher management about the business activities in that zone. They take important decisions related to the management of RMs form strategies of growth and take a call on recruitments incentives salary appraisals etc.
Major responsibilities :
To serve the Client Planshare & Organize inventory Turnover through proper Inventory management as per projections.
Strategize for the achievement of regional sales target by breaking down the target as per Industry verticals and Month wise client wise.
Engage with the Top Customers & Consultants in the Zone build and nurture relationship and generate leads.
Be an expert on Systems Processes Policies and Business Module (SPPB)
Plan and work individually or jointly as per requirement to generate business & close deals Inventory Receivables & Commercial Policies Management
Customer Service through satisfactory resolution of client queries and concerns in timely manner
Qualifications :
Education Any Graduate MBA/Professional degree (Sales and Marketing):
Experience : 1012 years
Age : 3740 yrs
