Key qualification
5 years of Strong Salesforce experience with 2 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Demonstrate solid knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud standard methodologies and functionality including Email studio Mobile Studio Automation studio Journey Builder Interaction Studio Ad Studio and Audience Builder
Experience of Leading client workshops to facilitate best practice solutions and designs for marketing automation.
Experience with Automations Journey set up and development SMS campaigns mobile app notifications data model development.
Certified Salesforce marketing cloud system Administrator
Demonstrable expertise in Salesforce CRM reporting & analytics
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead Discovery session: Lead Discovery Workshop Sessions with Business teams to capture document requirements.
Design and document solutions: Design and document endtoend solutions for key business requirements
Communicate with nontechnical stakeholders: Communicate complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders and executives.
Document User Stories and Acceptance Criteria:
Train and support endusers: Provide training and support to endusers as needed.
