Job Description
Job Title: Pega Business Analyst
Location: Remote with possibility of Occasional Onsite in Harrisburg PA 17130
Duration: FullTime (FTE)
Interview process: Phone followed by Video Interview.
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Pega Business Architect will be part of a fastpaced agile scrum team and will work with client stakeholders senior business and technical architects to elaborate the business requirements and design the future state enterprise case management system and business process.
- Analyze business reporting and data requirements and elaborate requirements to create screen mockups process flows and functional design.
- Engage with business stakeholders to analyze requirements obtain clarifications and assist in mapping them to solutions that leverage Pega functionality.
- Effectively collaborate with technical and data teams to explain requirements and participate in design discussions.
- Scribe during meetings and prepare presentation materials.
- Perform Initial round of testing and validation prior to start of SIT and UAT.
- Support system integration testing team to ensure to that the delivered work product is fullyfunctioning performs to business requirements defined and approved by the client.
- Assist in UAT and Training.
Required Skills:
- 24 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Certified Pega Business Architect or willing to get certified within 4 weeks of start.
- Proficiency in agile methodology and experience in documenting user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Experienced in requirementgathering tools such as MSAzure and JIRA.
- Ability to work on a team in a diverse multiplestakeholder environment.
- Strong consulting and communication skills.
