Job Description
Parttime 23 shifts per week including days nights and weekends.
- Ensure high standards of care are maintained while respecting residents dignity and privacy.
- Lead and support staff to boost team morale and ensure effective care delivery.
- Implement personcentered care practices to enhance the overall quality of care.
- Assist management during audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulations
- Oversee operations as the Nurse in Charge ensuring optimal staffing levels and maintaining high care quality standards.
Requirements
- Nursing degree & active registration with An Bord Altranais
- Current certificates (infection control CPR dementia care etc.) training available if needed
- Experience in a nursing home setting is preferred
