Job Description
Responsibilities
- Ensure that residents receive the best possible care.
- Supporting the daily administration and functioning of the home in accordance with the National Standards for Residential Care Settings for Older People in Ireland and the Health Act of 2007.
- Represent the nursing home always and act in the residents and the facilitys best interests.
- Possess a strong sense of selfmotivation and a drive to collaborate with others in order to create better care models for the home.
- Take the initiative to look for ways to improve and welcome change.
Requirements
- Have an NMBI registration or be eligible for one.
- Proof that professional progress is ongoing.
- Experience working in a Nursing Home or Older Person setting desirable
- Has the clinical administrative and leadership skills necessary to carry out the duties of the position effectively.
- The capacity to operate independently
