The Procurement and Contract Analyst will support the procurement process by analyzing and managing contracts ensuring compliance with legal standards and optimizing supply chain management. This role involves collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers to achieve costeffective procurement solutions while maintaining highquality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Draft review and negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors.
- Ensure all contracts comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain an organized repository of contracts and related documentation.
- Analyze procurement data to identify trends and areas for cost savings.
- Develop and maintain procurement reports for management review.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess procurement needs and strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
- Conduct supplier evaluations and performance assessments.
- Address supplierrelated issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Identify potential risks in procurement contracts and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding procurement.
- Work closely with legal finance and operations teams to support procurement initiatives.
- Participate in crossdepartmental meetings to align procurement strategies with business goals.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends pricing and supplier capabilities.
- Recommend changes to procurement strategies based on market analysis.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Contract Management Law Supply Chain Management or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement contract management or supply chain analysis.
