1. Generate enquiries and collect market information.
2. Visit potential customers for generating new business.
3. Techno commercial negotiations with the Customer.
4. Generate monthly MIS reports including sales enquiries lost order as desired by management and Mahindra.
5. Coordinate with service dealer for any unresolved customer complaint and escalate if necessary to management/Mahindra team.
6. Ensure total customer satisfaction in assigned territory.
Required Skills:
Must have minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in electrical power industry
Degree or Diploma in Engineering
Should have field sales experience.
Should have industrial sales exposure.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Must have twowheeler.
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance be proactive and handle uncertainty.
Proficient in MS office Excel and PowerPoint.
