What you will be doing:
- Will report to the Executive Sous Chef
- Able to menu planning for set menu buffet menu and live kitchen menu.
- Supervise and assists in plate up coordinates with Chef on buffet set menu coffee breaks and receptions
- Menu development for set menu buffet menu and live kitchen menu.
- Food preparation and delivery for largescale events and banquets
- Communicate effectively with the rest of the team and thrive for guest feedback
Qualifications :
General Requirements:
- 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
- Have a strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices as well as a deep knowledge of various cooking techniques and ingredients
- able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while also delegating tasks and responsibilities to your team members
- Strong leadership interpersonal and training skills
- Good communication and customer contact skills
- Service oriented with an eye for details
- A team player & builder
- Wellpresented and professionally groomed at all times
