As a Kids Club Manager you are responsible for managing the daily operations team and training to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. Specifically you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Manage operations effectively
- Focus on meeting and exceeding agreed revenue targets
- Operate within the departmental annual budget
- Manage customer feedback effectively to ensure continuous service and programmed improvement
- Liaise with other hotel departments and local attractions
- Ensure customers and guests receive friendly and consistent personalized service from all team members
- Oversee the recruiting managing training and development of the team
- Respond to audits to ensure continual improvement is achieved
- Maintain awareness of department security related to cash stock and equipment and ensure all department procedures are followed
- Ensure health and safety regulations are complied with and club rules are observed by members clients and guests
Qualifications :
- Management experience within the leisure sector
