Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Spa Manager to join Rixos Radamis Hotel Sharm El Sheikh. Under the guidance of the Regional Director of Spa & General Manager the Spa Manager will be in charge of the hotel wellness facility and managing its operations and business sides:
- Youll manage and oversee spa operations of the spa facilities to ensure successful achievement of overall business goals and objectives.
- Youll ensure an excellent spa and guest experience.
- Youll ensure that the spa operates cost effectively and efficiently.
- Youll implement inventory control procedures to ensure that adequate stock levels are maintained.
- Youll develop budgets and short to long range strategic planning for the operation of the spa.
- Youll develop the spas standard operating procedures and policies.
- Youll work with the Sales & Marketing team regarding all aspects of spa promotions.
- Youll ensure compliance with applicable health regulations and hygiene standards.
- Youll maintain thorough knowledge of competitors including location product offering pricing promotions and sales techniques.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors Degree in Business and or Hospitality Management
- Two years experience in a similar role in a 5 star spa with a multicultural team
- In depth knowledge of spa therapy
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
