Job Description
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring exceptional service and support throughout the event planning process.
- Understand client needs and objectives, providing strategic recommendations to enhance their event experience.
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure events are executed seamlessly.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, creative, and logistics, to ensure all aspects of the event align with client expectations.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns.
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional services and expanding client relationships.
- Oversee contract negotiations and ensure compliance with company policies and client agreements.
- Prepare and present post-event reports, analyzing success metrics and areas for improvement.
