Job Description
The Learning and Development Design Specialist is responsible for researching designing and enhancing learning and development programs across the organization. This role involves collaborating with leaders stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify training needs develop comprehensive learning solutions and ensure the continuous improvement of our Leadership Academies (TMU and AMU). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design curriculum development and eLearning with a keen ability to translate complex concepts into engaging learning experiences.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Education Instructional Design Organizational Development or a related field.
- Proven experience in instructional design curriculum development and eLearning.
- Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience working with crossfunctional teams.
- Familiarity with the latest trends in learning and development and a commitment to continuous selfimprovement.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Nonnegotiable Qualification:
- ISD experience in a BPO
