The company is looking for an experienced HTR Integration Architect with a strong background in S/4HANA and SuccessFactors (SSFF). The successful candidate will have extensive expertise in Employee Central and S/4HANA integration. This role requires the ability to lead discussions on HR business processes and leverage previous experience with global teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Architect and manage HTR integrations focusing on Employee Central and S/4HANA Business Partner integration
Lead technical discussions and collaborate with HR and IT teams to align business processes with system functionalities
Oversee the integration of SuccessFactors into S/4HANA ensuring seamless data flow and process optimization
Work on global template initiatives ensuring scalable and consistent integration solutions across regions
Provide expert guidance on HTR best practices integration strategies and system capabilities within an S/4HANA landscape
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an HTR Integration Architect with expertise in S/4HANA and SuccessFactors (SSFF)
Deep knowledge of Employee Central and S/4HANA integration particularly Business Partner integration
Strong ability to discuss design and optimize HR business processes
Experience working on global templates for multinational organizations
Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration between business users and technical teams
