Job Description
Microchip USA is a fastgrowing technology distributor headquartered inTampa FL. We are a crucial supplier for some of the worlds largest manufacturers sourcing and distributing highend electronic components like semiconductors integrated circuits FPGAs MCUs and many more. We solve complex supply chain problems for our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain constant communication with management staff vendors customers and test labs to ensure proper operations of Microchip USA
- Maintain areas of order processing and logistics to ensure the finalized sale of integrated circuits and semiconductors in support of Microchip USAs strategic and operational objectives
- Ensure operational activities remain on time
- Review daily shipment log
- Accurately input orders
- Ensure the accuracy of orders and report discrepancies
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from start to finish
- Excellent listening negotiation and presentation skills
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of services and products
- Knowledge of how to develop clientfocused differentiated and achievable solutions
- Understanding of how to position products against competitors
This is a fulltime position. The job is inoffice inperson only. Reliable transportation to the office is required. Our working hours are Monday through Thursday 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM and Friday 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM at our office in Tampa. We offer a benefits package that includes fully paid medical insurance dental and optional vision a 401K bonuses 10 days of PTO annually and 14 paid holidays.
