Job Description
Temp to Perm position
Duties include medical claims review and data entry
Work involves data organization and coordination
Follows established procedures and practices
Works with a moderate degree of supervision
Needs to have developed skills in various processes procedures and systems
Expected to integrate teams for the achievement of company goals
Impacts the team through quality service and information provided
Has no supervisory responsibilities and manages own workload
Should have the ability to problem solve without supervisory approval
Needs to possess good interpersonal skills for effective information exchange
Responsibilities include capturing and validating complex data preadjudicating documents and correcting data
Expected to research and examine issues ensuring information availability for next steps
Conducts extra searches to extract accurate data and inputs it
Completes assignments using multiple source documents to verify data
Follows up on pending research documents
Returns electronic data forms to the customer for additional information
Must comply with all policies and standards
May perform other duties as assigned.
