Now we are expanding our Customer Support Department and seeking a FrenchspeakingCustomer Support Agent based in Stockholm.
As a member of our Customer Support Team you will be responsible for our most important communication: with our existing users. We are renowned for providing exceptional customer service and aim to surpass our customers expectations. Our commitment to quality is reflected in our average response time of 2 minutes and a customer satisfaction rating (CSAT) of 98%.
