Job Description
Our lovely Clients in Crawley are seeking an experienced Nursery Manager for their growing setting in central Crawley excellent transport links working 40 hr week salary offered is c 41k plus mega benefits.

Requirements
Ideally you will have
Have a minimum Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years / Childcare
Have at least 3 years previous experience of working in a Day Nursery
Have at least 2 years experience of leading and supporting teams
Can inspire energise and support others
Has a genuine passion and excitement to work with children and helping others learn
Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations
A firm knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements
