Working Hours
Monday to Friday
Key Duties
Manage and nurture relationships with a diverse client portfolio.
Prepare and review financial statements tax returns and management accounts.
Provide strategic business advice including cash flow management and financial forecasting.
Ensure compliance with the latest accounting standards and regulations.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.
Mentor junior staff fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
Key Requirements
Professional accounting qualification (ACCA ACA or equivalent).
Proficiency in cloud accounting software with a preference for Xero.
Strong analytical skills coupled with the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly.
A proactive approach to problemsolving and process improvement.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines effectively.
