The Financial Analyst will play a key role in supporting the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function of the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct indepth financial analysis to support budgeting forecasting and financial modelling.
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of monthly quarterly and annual financial reports.
- Gather and analyse financial data from various sources to identify trends and insights.
- Maintain financial databases and ensure data integrity.
- Prepare detailed financial reports for management and stakeholders highlighting key performance indicators and variances.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Assist in the preparation and monitoring of the annual budget.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment with financial goals.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Support internal and external audits as needed.
- Participate in strategic projects and initiatives to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.
- Provide financial insight and analysis for business development activities.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis financial planning or related roles.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel financial modelling and data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and financial software (e.g. SAP Oracle Hyperion) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen attention to detail.
