Job Description
- Conduct thorough analysis of market trends competitors and customer behaviour to identify opportunities for growth and inform strategic planning.
- Monitor and analyse changes in relevant regulations and ensure the companys compliance with local national and international laws. Prepare compliance reports and documentation.
- Utilize quantitative and qualitative data to assess the impact of regulatory changes and commercial strategies. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
- Work closely with legal finance and operations teams to develop and implement strategies that align with regulatory requirements and business objectives.
- Identify potential regulatory risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on business operations.
- Prepare regular reports for management on regulatory compliance status market analysis findings and recommendations for improvement.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders ensuring they are informed and engaged in decisionmaking processes.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Commerce Business Management Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a commercial or regulatory analyst role.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Solid understanding of relevant regulatory frameworks and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Power BI or similar data visualization tools; familiarity with databases and statistical software is a plus.
- Strong problemsolving skills with a proactive approach to identifying issues and developing solutions.
