Job Description
- Business Management: Liaise with headquarters to implement the companys management requirements and ensure the achievement of the annual business objectives for the Malaysia factory.
- Factory Construction: Coordinate with Malaysian customs and government agencies to drive factory renovations and onsite construction.
- Production Management: Establish and lead the operations and production teams for the Malaysia factory ensuring the achievement of localized production goals.
- Team Building: Build the core local team and manage the integration and collaboration between local and HQ employees.
Requirements
Strong knowledge of factory operations and management, with experience in production management, cost control, and quality management. Proven experience in establishing a new electromechanical manufacturing factory from scratch, with excellent communication and coordination skills. Must be of Malaysian-Chinese descent, fluent in Mandarin, English, and Malay. Strong communication skills, capable of effectively liaising with both headquarters and local government, with a systematic approach to work.
Education
Bachelor s degree or above in a related engineering field, with over 8 years of experience in the electromechanical manufacturing industry and at least 5 years in a General Manager role.
